Terms and Conditions

After you placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Ordered items are shipped out in 1~21 days, which does not include shipping time. If you need items by a certain date, please contact at INFO@AFHOUSE.BIZ prior to placing your order. We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. *Please note that we can not be responsible for unanticipated delays although we process your order promptly.

Once your order has been processed, any modification and cancellation must be made within 24 hours.
Listed prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping charges are added to the price of item.
All ordered items are shipped with Signature requirement.
All packages are insured.

Delivery time you choose at checkout is estimate. Actual delivery date is dependent on the carrier and may vary accordingly. We are not responsible for the delay of delivery due to nature and other unmanageable events. Shipping charge is not refundable.

US domestic shipping
takes 1~5 days depending on your location.
If you would like to receive your package by a certain date, please choose an appropriate shipping option with an additional fee at the checkout.
International Orders
takes 2~10 days depending on the destination. Additional time may be necessary for custom clearance. In addition to shipping fee, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. If we are invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will e-mail you an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid.

Exchanges are only permitted once per item purchased.
If an exchange is less than the original amount, customer will receive a online store credit.

We will accept returns of new and unused jewelry that is in its original condition.
Customized orders and special items purchased through promotions are final sale.
Customer will receive a online store credit.   

15% restocking fee is deducted from refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

Please note that our jewelry are designed for delicate appeal and requires to wear with care.
Repair cost will be determined depending on the nature of the repair.
We do not cover shipping to us or the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS  for exchange /return /refund /repair
Shipping costs to return to us and to customer the exchange /return /refund /repair items are charged to customer unless otherwise stated. Any fees or customs taxation that could be associated with shipping the items will be incurred by you. We are not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping from you. We reserve the right to reject any exchange /return /refund that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and store credit will not be granted.

STORE CREDIT for exchange /return
Store credit is calculated based on the merchandise value only.
Shipping charges are not credited.
Store credit is valid for two years.


AF HOUSE accepts exchange /return /refund item that is purchased through AF HOUSE online shop only. Item that is purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased. AF HOUSE accept repairs for all our merchandises.

Before sending back the items,

1. Contact us to request exchange /return /refund /repair, contact our customer service by email at info@afhouse.biz within days (noted below) of receiving your ordered items. We do not accept any exchange /return /refund /repair requests over the phone.

2. Once your exchange /return /refund /repair is authorized, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Packages without an RA# will be returned to the shipper at their expense.

3. Send your return package
within 5 days from the date your RA# was issued
with ‘Original Receipt’
with RA# on your package
via an insured courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS
with Tracking capability

*Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping from you.

4. Once we receive the merchandise,
RETURN: will be processed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your online store credit information.

EXCHANGE:  will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation for the item you have requested to exchange.

REFUND: will be processed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your refund to your credit card.

REPAIR: We assess the damage of your item. Repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you before proceeding with the repair.

5. REAPIR: After determined the repair method through communicate with you, provide your credit card information to process the repair physically.

REAPIR: within 4 weeks in normal circumstance from the date when the item is received.
